How to measure:  

Chest: 
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape comfortably under your arms. 

Length: 
Measure from the center of the back, from the neckline to the desired hem. 
 
Waist:  
Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, usually just above the belly button. Keep the tape comfortably snug, but not tight.
