Return & Exchange
You can return your order within 14 days from the date you receive your package or when it arrives at your chosen parcel shop. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging (including hang-tags). Items that have been tried on can be returned, but worn, washed, damaged, or soiled items will not be accepted. If we receive a used item, we will assess its condition to determine its resale value, and any loss in value will be deducted from your refund.
How to return an item

Denmark: Use the provided return label and fill out the return form. A 49 DKK return fee will be deducted from your refund once we receive the package.

Outside Denmark or without the provided label: Fill out the return form and send the package with a courier of your choice to the address below. Returns must not be sent as 'billed on delivery' or to a parcel shop. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Once we receive and approve your returned item(s), your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please return the original item and place a new order at blanchecph.com.
